As you continue to explore this gallery you’ll discover a vast collection of exciting echidna-like creatures described as "Tachyglossimas ™ (Giant Echidnas)".
Tachyglossimas are a breed of echidna-like creatures that vary in appearance according to habitat, folklore, hierarchy and diet.


The word "Tachyglossi-mas" was developed by grouping a couple of relevant words to describe this breed’s gender and animal family.
"Tachyglossi-“ derives from "Tachyglossidae”, taxonomic family name for echidnas.

“-Mas" derives from "Mas-culine or Male".


While the term Tachyglossimas describes male echidnas, "Tachyglossifem" describes female echidnas.
