Dermophiimas are a breed of worm/snake-like creatures that vary in appearance according to habitat, folklore, hierarchy and diet.


The word "Dermophii-mas" was developed by grouping a couple of relevant words to describe this breed’s gender and animal family.
"Dermophii-“ derives from "Dermophiidae”, taxonomic family name for Mexican Caecilians.

“-Mas" derives from "Mas-culine or Male".


While the term Dermophiimas describes male Mexican Caecilians, “ Dermophiifem” describes female Mexican Caecilians.
