Octopodimas are a breed of octopus-like creatures that vary in appearance according to habitat, folklore, hierarchy and diet.


The word "Octopodi-mas" was developed by grouping a couple of relevant words to describe this breed’s gender and animal family.
"Octopodi-“ derives from "Octopodidae”, taxonomic family name for octopus.

“-Mas" derives from "Mas-culine or Male".


While the term Octopodimas describes male octopus, “ Octopodifem” describes female octopus.
